The town of Capillucas, in the province of Yauyos (Lima-Peru), has a reservoir of the same name, whose waters supply both the towns in the area and the El Platanal hydroelectric power station. The Capillucas dam receives regular maintenance and this year focused on recovering its storage capacity.

Included in this process, the manufacture of a new floodgate was established. Under the technical guidelines of our client, Caldibe was commissioned to manufacture the taintor gate, specially designed for large flows.
