Third Millennium Bridge

The Third Millennium Bridge is a bridge located on the Avenida de la Expo 2008, over the Ebro river, in the city of Zaragoza (Aragon). It is known not only for its beauty and design, but above all for being the largest suspended concrete arch bridge in the world. It is built in high-strength white concrete, for better damping of vibrations from weather and traffic.

With a deck width of 46 meters and a height of 36 meters, its construction period lasted 18 months. This bridge is destined to become an engineering work of international reference due to its dimensions, its qualities and the technical innovation of its materials. Caldibe collaborated in the construction of this project by manufacturing various elements such as formwork, panels, walkways and railings.
